If you would like to be considered as a Tate Music Group artist and have an mp3 sample of your music, please fill out the following information and click the "Submit Sample" button. (All fields are required in order for the form to be accepted.) Everything from final recordings to rough demos are acceptable.

If you do not have a sample of your music but would like more information on how Tate Music Group could represent you as an artist, fill out the following information and click the "Request Info Only" button.

Please do not submit samples that contain any of the following: obscene or explicit material, unnecessary profanity or vulgarity.

If you choose to submit by postal mail, then please include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) if you wish to have your CD returned to you after we complete our review. Music submitted without a SASE will be disposed of properly.
