Congratulations to Chuck Tocco, the 2010 Tate Music Group Artist of the Year! Hundreds of artists submitted, thousands of people voted, and it all came down to three artists playing and singing their hearts out in front of a live audience and a panel of judges. Jupiter Wind and Darin Rex also gave stellar performances, but there could only be one winner. This year, that winner was singer/songwriter Chuck Tocco.
